Fingerprinting appointments are available
Monday – Friday 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
Appointments are highly encouraged!
Walk-ins often have an extended wait time.
We REQUIRE a valid, current, government-issued photo ID!
Most people bring a driver’s license or a passport.

All-Purpose Fingerprinting
Before making an appointment, determine if you need us to submit your fingerprints electronically or if you need a physical fingerprint card to take with you when you leave our office. If you need electronic prints, you must bring the required paperwork with you.
We DO NOT have any forms.
If you do not know which type of fingerprints or which forms you need, ask the person or agency requiring you to get fingerprinted before scheduling your appointment.
Electronic Submission
If you need electronic submission (reasons include employment purposes, foster care, medical licensing, or day care workers), you must bring the correct paperwork to the appointment, obtained from the person or agency requiring the fingerprints. Don’t forget your valid ID!
Fingerprints cost $20 per electronic submission, plus a processing fee.

Physical Fingerprint Card
If you need your fingerprints on a card to take with you (typically used for out-of-state licensing boards, education purposes, and name changes), you do not need to bring any paperwork to our office, but you must remember to bring a valid ID. We will scan your fingerprints and print them on a card for you to take with you. This type of fingerprinting costs $20 per card, plus a processing fee.
